Function Description
Single and double ultrasonic sensors are used to
automatically distinguish between single and double
application scenes, so as to protect equipment and avoid waste.
Combined with ultrasonic point sensor, it is mainly used for
packaging or label positioning, and can realize automatic
control automatically and accurately.
Different Learning Methods Of Materials
Learning Mode: Pink Line Learning Line, Pink Line Dangling
when in Learning Mode.
1. After power-up, the yellow and green lights flash.
Place a sheet of material in the middle of the two sensors
and the green light flashes. Short the pink wire to the blue wire
(GND), and then release it, the green light will turn on. At this
point, single sheet learning is complete.
2. Then place the two sheets of material in the middle of the
UDA double sheet contro sensor, and then use the pink wire to short connect the brown
wire (+), switch to double sheet learning mode, at this time the
indicator light becomes red flashing. Then short the pink wire
to the blue wire (GND), and then let go, the test red light
becomes always on, this time the double sheet learning is
completed.
Features 3. Switch off the power when you have finished studying.
Ÿ 3 control outputs Connect the pink and blue wires (GND) together. Power up
the unit again and it will work fine.
Ÿ Single and double sheets can be learnt 4. When in learning mode, enter the sheet learning step, if
according to any material the thickness of the placed material is too thick and beyond
the detection range of the sensor. Before shorting the blue
wire (GND), the indicator light will change to flashing red after
placing a single sheet of material.
Details 5. In the learning mode, enter the single sheet learning
