UNCERTAINTY
The principle of ultrasonic sensors is to detect and process sound waves to determine the state or distance of
a target object. Therefore, the transmission rate of sound waves is affected by the state of the air, which in turn
has an effect on the output state of the ultrasonic sensor.
The ultrasonic sensors of RAYCOH intelligent RAYCOH have made as much compensation as possible on the
circuit for the various influencing factors, such as the full series of temperature drift compensation circuit and so
on.
In order to ensure that the ultrasonic sensor works stably and effectively. The following situations are recommended to be
considered before testing.
1.The surface temperature of the target is higher than 100℃.
Quick Selection
2.Scenarios where the wind speed of the testing environment is greater than 60km/h.
3.The use of the environment at an altitude of more than 3km above sea level. Main Products
4.Scenarios where the air pressure exceeds 1.2 standard atmospheres in a sealed environment.
Application
5.Scenarios where the operating environment is below -20°C and above 70°C.
6.Non-reflective panel mode, detecting materials that absorb sound very strongly, such as felt, wool, cotton or sponge foam. Connotation
7.Sound waves cannot propagate in a vacuum. The ultrasonic sensor is disabled when used in a vacuum environment.
Usage pattern
8.Detects other unknown materials and uncertain usage scenarios.
